If you are a self-motivated and detail oriented and wish to join a growing company with a winning team apply today for the Order Entry Administrator Position.  The Order Entry Administrator is responsible for processing and entering orders from email and from our global customers. The successful candidate is responsible for accuracy, timeliness and customer interaction to resolve purchase order problems. The order Administration Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Order Administration

  • Receive purchase orders from email, phone and customer portals
  • Transmit order acknowledgments
  • Advise and train management staff on policies and procedures
  • Review and approve purchase orders for accurate price and terms
  • Update and keep reports current
  • Communicate customer special requests to Customer Service
  • Back up Customer Service

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant order entry or related experience; firm grasp of the fundamentals of enterprise resource computer systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to enter data with zero errors
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with customers with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
